Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos in English.
• Basic math skills for handling money and weights.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Complete company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, safety, and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Process, package, and stock meat products according to Meat Standards.
• Clean work areas and provide customer service, unloading stock and reloading salvage.
• Perform duties of seafood clerk when assigned.
