Job summary

Earth Fare Fort Mill is seeking a Meat & Seafood Clerk to provide exceptional customer service and to assist with specialty items in the department. You will help select and prepare items like sausages and ready-to-cook products, while keeping the Meat and Seafood area well stocked with clear signage and pricing.

Requirements include customer service experience and knowledge of meat cuts, knife handling, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of meat cuts and cooking techniques preferred.
• Demonstrated ability in knife handling, other cutting equipment, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional customer service while being a valuable asset of product knowledge within the department
• Prepares specialty merchandise e.g., sausage, ready-to-cook products, and cured meats
• Ensures the Meat and Seafood Department is well stocked, clean, organized, rotated, and merchandised appropriately, including proper signage and pricing of items
