Big Y Foods, Inc. in Northampton, MA is seeking a Meat/Seafood Clerk who will deliver an exceptional customer experience by preparing and ensuring the freshest quality meat and seafood products.

You will maintain department conditions, stock and serve products, uphold food safety standards and cleanliness, and assist customers with product knowledge and recommendations.

Job description

The Meat/Seafood Clerk is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by preparing and ensuring the freshest quality product. The Meat/Seafood Clerk maintains department conditions, to include preparing, stocking and serving meat/seafood products. They also maintain food safety standards and cleanliness in the meat/seafood areas and handle customer inquiries while providing product knowledge.
