Job summary

Big Y Foods, Inc. in Worcester, MA is seeking a Meat/Seafood Clerk to provide an exceptional customer experience by preparing and presenting fresh meat and seafood products, and by maintaining department conditions.

You will handle customer inquiries, share product knowledge, and work a flexible schedule in a team‑oriented environment; candidates must be 18+ and able to represent Big Y’s culture of care.

The Meat/Seafood Clerk is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by preparing and ensuring the freshest quality product. The Meat/Seafood Clerk maintains department conditions, to include preparing, stocking and serving meat/seafood products. They also maintain food safety standards and cleanliness in the meat/seafood areas and handle customer inquiries while providing product knowledge.
