Responsibilities

As a Meat Clerk, you will work in a key department, providing high-quality customer service, practicing safe food handling, and demonstrating product knowledge. Your duties include receiving, storing, and grinding meats; managing deliveries; ensuring product rotation; assisting customers; and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. You will also promote store programs like "Clean as You Go" and "Fresh at 4". This role requires a proactive, fast-paced approach.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent; basic math skills required.
• Dependable, reliable, with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Good communication skills and team participation ability.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, lifting up to 90 lbs., and operating equipment.
