Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Meat and Seafood Sales Manager for the Mid-Atlantic Division. You will strategize category plans, manage pricing, promotions and shelf plans based on performance data and consumer trends.

You will partner with corporate merchants and vendors to maximize category results, oversee the merchandising calendar, and coordinate cross-department initiatives to drive sales and profitability across stores within the division.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of marketing, merchandising, consumer research and financial management practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Creates yearly category business plan based on analysis of results and trends.
• Meets or exceeds projected sales and profit contribution.
• Develops pricing strategies by zone and category.
• Plans ads and displays to support category plans and division initiatives.
• Works with vendors and procurement to optimize assortment and inventory.
