Barrett Petfood in Little Falls, MN is hiring a Full-Time Raw Ingredient Associate to join our manufacturing team. You will chip frozen meat blocks, run meat processing equipment, mix ingredients, and ensure sanitation while meeting customer specifications.

The role offers on-site work with shift differentials on 2nd, 3rd, and 4th shifts, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities to contribute to high-quality pet food production in a safety-conscious environment.

Responsibilities

• Chip frozen meat blocks apart
• Run Meat Blocks through meat processing equipment
• Mix ingredients together
• Add oils as needed per customer specifications
• Clean Meat Room equipment throughout shift and at the end of runs to ensure sanitation of equipment is up to standards
• Work with a team to ensure product is safely processed in a timely manner
• Use forklift to unload shipments into freezer and stage product for processing when needed
