Barrett Petfood in Little Falls, MN is hiring a Full-Time Utility Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will monitor equipment, conduct quality checks, and support line setup and troubleshooting to ensure safe, efficient production of pet food.

This onsite role runs Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, offering competitive pay and benefits. You will work with a dedicated team to uphold safety, quality, and process standards while learning advanced production methods and contributing

• Support and improve centerline and troubleshooting processes.
• Assist Process Engineer with product development when needed.
• Assist Manager/Supervisor with department needs.
• Identify issues and report to supervisor for escalation.
