Barrett Petfood in Little Falls, MN is hiring a Full-Time Raw Ingredient Associate to join our manufacturing team. You will chip frozen meat blocks, run meat processing equipment, mix ingredients, and ensure sanitation while meeting customer specifications.

Salary range $21.00/hr - $24.50/hr

Available Schedules

• 2ND SHIFT MON - FRI 2PM-1030PM (+$1.50/HR SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL)
• 3RD SHIFT MON - FRI 10PM-630AM (+$3.00/HR SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL)
• 4TH SHIFT THURS, SAT, SUN 6AM-6PM (+$4.00/HR SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL)

Day To Day Responsibilities

• Run Meat Blocks through meat processing equipment
• Mix ingredients together

• Work with a team to ensure product is safely processed in a timely manner
• Use forklift to unload shipments into freezer and stage product for processing when needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the manufacturing facility.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, and perform other physical activities required in a manufacturing environment.
• Climb and descend stairs and ladders safely and routinely, including accessing elevated work areas and equipment.
• Ability to safely operate or work from a scissor lift to access elevated equipment and production areas for inspection, verification, and environmental or sanitation sampling
• Maintain balance and stability while working on elevated platforms, stairs, ladders, and uneven or wet surfaces, as applicable.
• Work in varying environmental conditions, including areas that may be hot, cold, wet, humid, noisy, or subject to temperature fluctuations.
