Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Production Supervisor for a food processing company in Minneapolis, MN. You will oversee daily production operations, ensure quality and safety, and drive efficiency.

The role supervises a union team of about 13, reports to the General Manager, and collaborates with HR and union reps to maintain labor relations and safety culture.

Qualified candidates have meat manufacturing experience, HACCP/USDA, SQF, and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in meat manufacturing.
• 3+ years in a supervisory capacity.
• USDA experience.
• HACCP experience.
• Union environment experience is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
• SQF experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations at a food manufacturing facility, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met.
• Supervise a team of approximately 13 union employees, providing coaching, scheduling, and performance management.
• Report directly to the General Manager and serve as a key link between the floor and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with USDA regulations and food safety standards throughout production.
• Partner with HR and union representatives to maintain positive labor relations and resolve workplace issues.
• Champion a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on the production floor.
