D'Artagnan, LLC. in Wisconsin's Windsor is seeking a Meat Production Associate for part-time shifts. The role focuses on efficient, high-volume production, meeting yield and quality standards while maintaining safety on the production floor, including packaging and trimming areas.

Schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 7am-4pm with flexibility as needed. You will join a team dedicated to quality, teamwork, and responsible sourcing as part of an industry-leading company.

Qualifications

• Experience following yield and quality standards on production lines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
• Commitment to safety on the production floor and adherence to department policies.

Responsibilities

• Completing daily and monthly production needs through hands on manufacturing of stock, JIT and special-order needs, and packaging.
• Understand knowledge of production yield, quality standards, and adherence to department policies and procedures.
• Demonstrates and models behavior consistent with the department’s core values and assists with maintaining an environment most conducive to success for the production team and beyond.
• Team member will consistently perform all duties related to department and product handling tasks in a way that models the production team policies, procedures, a standards and will be a relied upon contributor to a positive environment where beneficial changes to departmental policy are embraced.
• Assist with other special assignments as assigned.
• Perform all the above duties in a timely, courteous manner with Respect for all Company Personnel and Property and report any concerns immediately.
