Qualifications

• Experience in harvesting production or meat processing is beneficial.
• Able to work with hand tools and powered equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Unload, segregate and prepare live animals for harvest.
• Stun and process animals following safety protocols.
• Perform hide removal and carcass trimming as required.
• Operate scales and equipment to weight products for payment.
• Box, bag trims and primals for shipment in a timely manner.
