Job summary

Central Valley Meat in California is hiring a General Production Worker to support meat processing, trimming, labeling and boxing while upholding strict food safety standards. You will work across the production workflow to ensure quality and efficiency.

This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role requiring standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 lbs, and consistent attention to cleanliness and safety. Prior meat processing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of machinery and production operations.
• Experience in meat processing and packing is a definite asset.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
