Job summary

JBS Foods is seeking a production sanitation role in Utah. The position involves cleaning and sanitizing production areas, completing mandatory safety and GMP trainings, and working in a fast-paced, high-speed environment. You must be able to stand for long periods, handle lifting over 50 pounds, and work in cold temperatures with exposure to noise and machinery.

Experience in a meat processing plant is preferred. Ground rules require safe chemical handling and use of PPE.

Qualifications

• Previous meat processing or similar manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend for extended periods.
• Able to work in extreme temperatures with moving machinery & slippery floors.
• Must complete safety and GMP training as outlined for the job assignment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize production areas.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks with minimal supervision (scrubbing walls, floors, tables, hallways).
• Work hands-on at high speed and lift over 50 pounds as required.
• Operate with proper training and PPE when handling chemicals.
