Job summary

Pilgrim's in Wisconsin is seeking a hands-on production associate to process product using tools and equipment in accordance with USDA and Pilgrim’s standards. You will follow operating procedures, monitor quality, and maintain a clean, organized work area.

We value teamwork, safety, and the ability to stand for long shifts in cool environments. Prior food or production experience is preferred, and forklift operation may be required.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work in cool temperatures (around 40°F).
• Ability to stand and use hands for 8–11 hours per day.
• Food or production experience preferred.
• Must be able to operate a forklift safely.
• Must have good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process product according to operating procedures and quality/quantity expectations.
• Observe equipment operation and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist others with skills and knowledge gained from the position.
• Follow all safety and food safety policies; ensure a positive working environment.
• Participate in process improvement and problem solving.
