Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-6 months of food production, processing, manufacturing experience preferred.
• 1-2 years meat cutter or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cuts and visually inspects meat products to be processed and/or cut.
• Prepares and packages product for processing and shipping.
• Reviews production schedule and ensures safety checks on equipment.
