Job summary

CSG Talent is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a fast-paced U.S.-based RTE meat processing operation. You will lead the day-to-day maintenance team, coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance, and support production uptime while upholding the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, reliability and employee safety.

The role requires hands-on leadership with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and proven experience in meat, poultry, or food-processing

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance leadership in a high-volume food plant.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience supervising maintenance techs and coordinating PM/repair work.
• Proficiency with CMMS and maintenance reporting.
• Commitment to food safety, sanitation, and worker safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance activities for a meat processing facility.
• Supervise technicians, assign work, and ensure coverage across shifts.
• Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Support root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Ensure PMs are completed on schedule and records are accurate.
• Collaborate with Production, Sanitation, QA, and Engineering.
