Job summary

Fair Oaks Foods is seeking a Production Machine Operator who will safely control a variety of machines and equipment used in meat production. The role requires following GMP/HACCP procedures, keeping production logs, and maintaining a safe work environment under supervision.

Responsibilities include prepping and sanitizing equipment, solving process problems, and reporting quality data to the Production Supervisor.

• Understand OSHA regulations and safe working practices.
• Ability to learn production equipment quickly.

Responsibilities

• Follow GMP, HACCP and safety procedures in meat processing.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following rules.
• Prepare and assemble meat-processing equipment for operation; sanitation.
• Document production process with logs and records.
• Adjust equipment and report data to Production Supervisor.
• Respond to supervisor/directive orders to support production.
• Ensure quality by identifying and documenting issues for corrective actions.
