Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and communicate product information to drive sales.
• Maintain high-quality meat/seafood displays and merchandising.
• Perform seafood cutting and meat wrapping to minimize loss and attract customers.
• Follow HACCP and health department food safety standards.
• Participate in product promotions and price/quality-based focus.
• Be dependable with flexible scheduling to meet business needs.
• Stock and rotate products, remove outdated items daily.
• Participate in physical inventories and inventory control.
