Job summary

A&R Packing Co., Inc. in Livonia, MI is seeking General Laborers / Food Production Workers for a fast-paced meat processing and packaging facility. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required. You should be comfortable working in a refrigerated environment and able to lift up to 40–50 lbs.

Responsibilities include packing, labeling, quality checks, sanitation, and assisting with general production tasks. Competitive pay and steady work are offered in a team environment.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Experience in food production, packaging, or manufacturing is a plus.
• Comfortable in a cold/refrigerated environment.
• Able to lift up to 40–50 lbs.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements.

Responsibilities

• Pack and label meat and food products according to specifications.
• Load and unload products from production lines.
• Weigh, inspect, and prepare products for packaging.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
• Assist with meat processing and general production duties.
• Operate basic tools and equipment as trained.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and follow sanitation rules.
• Complete repetitive tasks with speed and accuracy.
• Assist with end-of-shift cleaning and sanitation.
