Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain meat department paperwork and records daily and weekly.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and prompt service to customers; resolve complaints.
• Train workers in food preparation, service, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for efficiency and standards.
• Record and maintain accurate bookkeeping for weekly meat purchases.
• Monitor inventory and ensure proper temperature in meat coolers and cases.
• Develop departmental objectives, budgets, policies, and procedures.
