Qualifications

• Retail meat category management experience required.
• 3+ years in meat merchandising or related roles.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular store visits to support meat sales growth and provide guidance.
• Analyze departmental financials, operations, and competitor strategies; provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop and implement meat merchandising plans, including allocation programs and plan-o-grams.
• Assist with weekly ad planning by coordinating with vendors, department managers, and buyers.
• Monitor inventory, quality control, and warehouse program compliance.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, sanitation standards, and FDA regulations.
