Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience marketing, promoting, merchandising or selling meat products to retail grocery stores & wholesalers.
• Retail meat category experience is required; degree is not required.
• Provide professional appearance and a positive company image to the public.
• Strong PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills for presentations and reports.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and perform hands-on merchandising activities.
• Must be able to travel regionally and possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular store visits to support meat sales growth and provide guidance.
• Analyze departmental financials, operations, and competitor strategies; provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop and implement meat merchandising plans, including allocation programs and plan-o-grams.
• Assist with weekly ad planning by coordinating with vendors, department managers, and buyers.
• Monitor inventory, quality control, and warehouse program compliance.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, sanitation standards, and federal/state regulations (FDA).
• Utilize technology and the Flawless Execution method to track and report results.
