MEAT/MEAT CUTTER (Finance)

Perform general product preparation, clean-up, and stock work in the Meat department, and provide excellent customer service. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Willing to work weekends and holidays.

• Ability to read shelf tags, signs, and labels.
• Handle cleaning solutions safely, operate equipment, and use sharp tools responsibly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in meat work or food preparation.
• Dependable and trustworthy work history.
• Knowledge of employment, safety, and food handling laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform tasks such as cutting, grinding, slicing, preparing, processing, trimming, tenderizing, sealing, packaging, wrapping, labeling, scaling, merchandising, selling, and serving customers.
• Maintain accurate temperature logs and keep department organized and clean.
• Stock and display meat items safely, check product quality, and rotate stock properly.
• Ensure sales areas, coolers, and backrooms are clean and organized.
• Provide excellent customer service, communicate effectively, and handle customer interactions professionally.
• Unload trucks, sort orders, and store items appropriately.
• Sanitize equipment and maintain a safe work environment.
• Adhere to company policies, especially regarding harassment and discrimination.
• Manage conflict, act with integrity, follow directions, and support vulnerable populations as needed.
• This position requires the ability to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Salary Range: $16.75 - $28.03
