Position Overview:

Under direct supervision, the Meat Cutter breaks, cuts, and prepares meat products using hand tools and power equipment, following company standards for variety, size, quantity, and trim. Responsibilities include preparing meat for display or customer orders, working with customers on special orders, and collaborating with Meat Clerks and the Meat Manager to determine cutting needs. The role requires the ability to perform very heavy lifting, as well as bending, standing, and stooping for prolonged periods.

Qualifications:
