Position: Meat Cutter

Responsibilities:

• Ensure meat cases are well-stocked with fresh, high-quality meat and poultry products.
• Receive, stock, cut, grind, wrap, weigh, price, and merchandise meat department products.
• Order and stock pre-packaged meat items.
• Assist customers with special requests and answer questions about meat products and services.
• Operate equipment such as meat saws, slicers, grinders, wrapping machines, and knives safely.
• Help unload trucks and maintain a clean work area.
• Maintain safety standards and adhere to sanitation, food safety, and personal hygiene protocols.
