CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: *Responsibilities and tasks are written as follows:* * Performs all types of building repairs including masonry including tuck pointing, concrete and finishing, and epoxy flooring. Experience preferred in carpentry, roofing installation, shoring, painting, sewers, snow removal, and plumbing,* Performs and understands the installation/layout of all pipes* Understands current plumbing codes and all sewer cleaning equipment.* Performs soldering and working with pro press system* Demonstrates welding skills* Knowledge of the use of copper stainless steel, galvanized steel, and PVC pipes* Demonstrates thorough skills in maintenance renovation and constructions of all types.* Analyzes and plans work.* Demonstrates knowledge of wood structure of old buildings.* Safely operates maintenance and construction tools.* Performs other duties as assigned by the Crew Leader and Supervisor.
