Qualifications

• Prior experience in meat cutting or retail meat operations preferred.
• Knowledge of meat products, cuts, and quality standards.

• Ability to lift, move, and carry products up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receives, organizes, and stores meats in coolers and freezers; cuts, trims, tenderizes, and grinds according to standards.
• Fills meat display cases and rotates merchandise using FIFO procedures; maintains a clean, safe work environment.
• Maintains freshness and proper labeling; monitors product variety, availability, and shrink.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers; assists with front-end service when needed.
• Adheres to food safety, sanitation, and uniform policies; supports promotions and merchandising.
• Leads and develops team members to achieve sales, productivity, and profitability goals.
