Whole Foods Market, Inc. is seeking a Meat Team member to support counter service, stocking, and sanitation in the meat department. You’ll provide courteous, friendly service and maintain clean, appealing displays while following SOPs and health regulations.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and ensuring product quality, with opportunities to learn and grow within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualificações

• No prior retail experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures fresh display by checking quality, stocking, rotating, and removing out-of-date products.
• Maintains back stock.
• Assists with sampling program; keep sample areas full and clean.
• Cleans cases, glass, signs, uprights, coolers, smokers, floors, drains.
• Arrives to work station on time; dressed and ready to work; attends trainings and meetings.
• Provides courteous, friendly service and uses suggestive selling; answers phones promptly.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storing, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures including Weights and Measures.
• Maintains clean and sanitary work/shopping environment; maintains equipment safety.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures pricing accuracy.
• Reports safety hazards and violations.
• Performs other duties as assigned by store, regional, or national leadership.
