Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains fresh, appealing displays; keeps cases and shelves stocked and clean.
• Rotates stock and removes out-of-date products.
• Supports sampling programs; keeps areas clean and inviting.
• Cleans cases, glass, signs, uprights, coolers, floors, and drains.
• Arrives on time, groomed and ready; attends trainings and meetings.
• Delivers excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling; answers phones and pages promptly.
• Optimizes sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows procedures for weights, measures, health, sanitation, and safety.
• Maintains clean, sanitary work and shopping environment; ensures equipment compliance.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; verifies pricing accuracy.
• Reports safety hazards and violations immediately.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
