• Understand and use company tools such as financial reports, scheduling, productivity, ordering, and business information systems.
• Maintain solid communication with the store manager and organization.
• Maintain merchandising techniques and layouts per company standards.
• Maintain department pricing and coding policy compliance.
• Support safety standards and report maintenance needs.
• Develop product knowledge in meat department and ensure training of meat associates.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards and department appearance.
