Responsibilities

• Provide input on budgets, goals, and results for the department.
• Train and develop Meat department staff to emphasize customer courtesy and productivity.
• Enforce company policies and maintain a harassment-free work environment.
• Participate in hiring, evaluating, and managing department staff.
• Lead initiatives to promote company programs and process improvements with the team.
• Manage workloads and supervise direct reports, including performance reviews.
