Responsibilities

• Develop maximum customer relations through friendliness and courtesy and implementation of all company policies.
• Keep department temperature logs updated and train others to ensure accurate temperatures.
• Perform and direct pricing and display of merchandise with proper signage and rotation.
• Provide input on department budgets, goals and results.
• Train and develop Meat department employees and ensure proper use of technical skills.
• Implement company programs and maintain a harassment-free work environment.
• Make recommendations regarding hiring, firing, disciplining and evaluating associates.
• Promote, communicate and implement company initiatives to direct reports.
