Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in retail, food service, or restaurant.
• WI Certified Food Manager License (Festival reimburses if obtained while employed).
• Ability to lead, coach and motivate a team.
• Great communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency with technology and computer systems.
• Solid understanding of warehouse stock management and inventory control in a retail or grocery setting.
• Commitment to maintaining high food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in the Meat Department Manager's absence.
• Train, mentor, and develop associates to build a strong team.
• Collaborate to write and conduct performance reviews and corrective actions.
• Maintain stock levels, pricing, and merchandising for the department.
• Provide outstanding customer service and expert meat guidance to guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace per company standards.
• Monitor sales and inventory to maximize department profitability.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to exceed expectations.
• Attend work as scheduled and arrange replacements as needed.
