Qualifications

• English language proficiency (reading/writing/speaking) required.
• Basic math skills required for totals, discounts, and pricing.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull and lift up to 35 lbs., occasional 80-90 lbs.
• Strong knowledge of safe food handling and safe work habits.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended shifts and work in varying temperatures.
• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful way.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others and follow schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized Meat Department area.
• Check refrigeration equipment and report any issues.
• Stock merchandise and display cases; price mark items as needed.
• Understand product locations and assist customers with finding items.
• Follow safety, QA, and company policies in all tasks.
