Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Austin, TX is seeking an entry-level Meat Team Member to assist with counter service, stocking, and sanitation in the meat department. You will provide courteous, friendly service and help maintain clean, well-stocked displays.

No retail experience required; must lift 50 lbs and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Wage range $17.00–$24.40 hourly with Whole Benefits.

• Commitment to health & safety regulations and store SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh, appealing displays; checks quality and rotates stock.
• Maintains back stock and performs stocking and merchandising duties.
• Assists with sampling program and keeps sample areas clean and appealing.
• Cleans cases, glass, signs, uprights, coolers and floors as required.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
