Qualifications

• Meat department leadership and merchandising experience.
• Experience with inventory management and shrink control.
• Solid knowledge of food safety and regulation compliance.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and lead a team.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily Meat Department operations to meet service, quality, and financial expectations.
• Plan production activities including prep, packaging, stocking, and merchandising.
• Ensure displays are stocked, rotated, labeled, and maintained to company standards.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and temperature requirements.
• Schedule, train, coach, and oversee associates to ensure coverage and performance.
• Manage ordering, inventory, shrink, reclamation, and department expenses.
• Lead promotions and seasonal programs as scheduled.
