Qualifications

• Retail work experience or Store Leader recommendation.
• Meat Cutting certification or licensing is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select and train Team Members.
• Direct the work of Team Members.
• Appraise Team Members' productivity and efficiency for promotions or changes in status.
• Discipline Team Members; handle issues including complaints.
• Plan and distribute work; ensure safety and security of Team Members and store.
• Manage department budget and inventory; monitor compliance and shrink.
