Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a meat production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Meat processing, including boneless and bone-in products; Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) is preferred.

• Lead the meat department team to execute the business plan and meet member expectations.
• Utilize digital tools to forecast, plan, and manage production and inventory.
• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance in all department activities.
