Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a retail or grocery setting.
• 5-7 years in leadership; at least 2 years in a manager role.
• Strong knowledge of retail grocery operations, merchandising, and decision making.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Safety compliance knowledge; ability to implement food safety practices.
• WI Certified Food Manager License required or company paid to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and reinforce customer service and performance standards for Meat associates.
• Maintain adequate staff levels and approve weekly schedules.
• Ensure training, performance reviews, and corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee inventory, pricing accuracy, and appearance of the Meat department.
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns.
• Ensure department safety and adherence to food safety logs.
