Responsibilities

• Assist the Meat Department Manager in all facets of meat department operations.
• Prepare products for sale and manage freshness by coding, rotating, or culling products.
• Direct staff when in charge of the department, including workload, counseling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain accurate records, inventory, shrink, and expense control.
