Responsibilities include staff hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and teamwork to sustain a positive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous meat department, grocery retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of meat products, cutting techniques, merchandising, and food safety practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer, inventory, and ordering system knowledge.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
