Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand for long periods and regularly lift 30lbs.
• Meat Department managing experience required.

Responsabilités

• Cut and trim meat using knives and power equipment.
• Package and display meat in an attractive manner.
• Order and manage inventory and maintain appropriate levels of stock.
• Receive and inspect meat as it arrives to the store.

Experience using meat cutting equipment

Strong cutting skills across beef, poultry, lamb, and specialty items
