• Keep temperature logs updated and train staff on proper logging.
• Price, display, signage, product rotation and space allocation.
• Provide input on department budgets, goals and results.
• Train and develop Meat department staff with emphasis on courtesy and productivity.
• Implement company programs and maintain a harassment-free workplace.
• Recommend hiring, firing, discipline, transfers and evaluations.
• Promote company initiatives and process improvements to direct reports.
• Manage workloads and supervise performance reviews.
• Work cooperatively in high-paced environments; handle conflicts professionally.
