• Ability to work as part of a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and display merchandise in a neat, efficient, orderly manner.
• Check product quality; ensure freshness and proper rotation.
• Keep sales areas, backrooms, and coolers clean and organized.
• Maintain carts, tools, and supplies in designated areas; keep floors clean.
• Unload trucks, sort and prepare merchandise for sale.
• Provide good customer and associate relations.
• Wash and sanitize equipment per Health Dept. policies.
• Make a clean, neat, and friendly impression on customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers and associates.
• Greet customers and assist them in finding products.
• Follow all laws and company rules; dress code and sanitation standards.
• Keep work area and equipment clean and orderly; be prompt and professional.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a respectful work environment.
• Perform any duties as assigned.
