In-N-Out Burger in Lancaster, TX is hiring a full-time Meat Department General Helper. You will unload chuck beef deliveries, ensure USDA standards, rotate stock, and assist in the butcher's table during production hours.

• Experience with food line work; repetitive line work.

Responsibilities

• Unload chuck beef deliveries and verify accuracy and USDA standards.
• Stock, rotate, and track chuck inventory.
• Move beef to the butcher's table during production hours.
• Trim meat as necessary.
• Disassemble equipment after production ends.
• Assist in other meat department roles as needed.
• Full-time, hourly, non-exempt.
