Job summary

ShopRite is hiring a Meat Cutter Clerk in Bottino, NJ. The role focuses on delivering a great customer experience, cutting and prepping meat, and maintaining a clean, attractive department.

You will assist customers, operate equipment safely, and follow all safety and sanitation standards. The position requires reading and understanding English, basic math, strong food-safety knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly and 80–90 lbs occasionally.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, analyze, interpret and understand English.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Strong knowledge of safe food handling and safe work habits.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull and lift up to 35 lbs. regularly and 80–90 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and with food products.

Responsibilities
