Responsibilities

• Ensure fresh, appealing display and keep cases stocked.
• Maintain back stock.
• Assist with sampling program; keep areas tidy and appealing.
• Clean cases, glass, signs, uprights, coolers, smokers, floors, and drains.
• Arrive on time, groomed, dressed and ready to work; attend trainings and meetings.
• Provide excellent customer service and model suggestive selling; answer phones promptly.
• Maximize sales through proper prep, storage, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work/shopping environment; upkeep of equipment.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties; ensure pricing accuracy.
• Report safety hazards and violations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
