You will help maintain fresh displays, assist with sampling, and ensure a safe, clean shopping environment while delivering courteous customer service to guests and fellow team members. This role requires flexible scheduling, adherence to health and safety regulations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fresh and appealing display by stocking and rotating products.
• Maintain back stock in good order.
• Assist with sampling program; keep sample areas clean and appealing.
• Clean cases, glass, signs, uprights, coolers, smokers, floors, and drains.
• Arrive on time; attend trainings and meetings.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer phones promptly and courteously.
• Maximize sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, and merchandising.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain clean working/shopping environment and equipment.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties; verify pricing.
• Report safety hazards and violations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
