Job summary

The GIANT Company in Lititz, PA is seeking a part-time Store Associate to assist customers, help with product receiving, stocking, rotation, and maintain safety and sanitation standards in all meat product areas.

You will weigh, price, label, and set up service cases, while providing friendly service and product knowledge to shoppers. This role requires ability to work in a cold environment and follow store policies.

• Must be able to read, communicate, and understand company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries, breakdown loads, and rotate cooler.
• Weigh, price, and label.
• Stock cases and selecting product.
• Prepare valued-added products.
• Provide exemplary customer service.
• Product knowledge and suggestive selling.
• Responsible for sanitation and food safety standards.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
• Process cuts for service counter or special orders.
• Set service case.
